Metro EMS supervisor among 2 injured in motorcycle crash(link is external)

A Louisville Metro EMS supervisor and a second person are seriously injured after the motorcycle they were on was involved in a crash with another vehicle in Buechel, according to MetroSafe.

EMS Officials say Major Don Scheer was alert, talking and in stable condition after a motorcycle accident Wednesday night.

A Louisville Metro EMS supervisor was traveling southbound on Bardstown Road when traffic slowed and his motorcycle hit the back of an SUV in front of him. The driver of the SUV was not injured. Both the driver and passenger on the motorcycle were taken to a hospital for serious injuries and their names have not yet been released.
