Creig Broussard, 53, of St. Martinville, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet truck west on La. 182 when he crossed the center line and crashed into an eastbound 2004 GMC truck driven by Brian Stockstill, 36, of New Iberia, a StateTrooper 1st Class said in a release.

Hammons said there were no passengers in the vehicles.

Both men, who were wearing their seat belts, were pronounced dead at the scene by an official with the Iberia Parish Coroner’s Office.
