One killed in Pines Village hit-and-run, New Orleans police say

Police were called at 4:19 p.m. to the intersection of Lamb and Dwyer roads, where a caller reported an unresponsive female. Investigators later determined that the female was killed in a hit-and-run at I-10 East and Dwyer.

Woman arrested for an August fatal hit-and-run

Investigators were able to identify Brittney Johnson, 31, as the driver. She is charged with hit-and-run driving with a fatality and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
