Savanah Shelton, 20, killed in a fiery four-vehicle collision on Interstate 20 in Webster Parish, Louisiana

For reasons still under investigation, Baggett began traveling west in the eastbound lanes of I-20.  As a result, he collided with Vehicle 2 head-on.  After the impact, Vehicle 2 became engulfed in flames. The Hyundai and the Toyota collided after taking evasive maneuvers.
