Ronald Jerome Taylor dies after crash on Christmas Day in Colesville area

The 46-year-old driver of the 1996 Mustang was pronounced dead at the scene after paramedics attempted life-saving measures. 
Ronald Jerome Taylor, 46, of Silver Spring, was killed in a crash just after 9:30 p.m. Thursday, at Randolph Road and Hammonton Place in the county’s Colesville section. A 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra, driven by Taylor, was traveling west on Randolph when, for unknown reasons, the car crossed two lanes and collided with another Mustang that was heading the same direction. Taylor’s car then crossed back across the lanes, went onto the median, and hit trees. Taylor was pronounced deceased at the crash site. The driver of the other Mustang did not receive any injuries.
