Boris Jose Bonilla, 30, died in a three-vehicle crash on the Capital Beltway in Silver Spring, Maryland

State police said troopers were called around 3 a.m. after a Honda Accord entering the highway from an on-ramp struck a Jeep Wrangler and a Honda Civic. The drivers of all three vehicles and two passengers in the Civic were taken to hospitals.
