Terry Allen Sprague, 47, injured when his semi-truck overturns on Interstate 81 in Williamsport, Maryland
One lane of southbound I-81 reopens at U.S. 11 in Williamsport
At about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, Terry Allen Sprague, 47, of Easton, Maine, was driving the truck south on Interstate 81. Investigation revealed that Sprague veered to the right and struck a concrete barrier, causing the tractor-trailer to overturn over the Jersey wall. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and had to extricate Sprague from the passenger compartment of the tractor due to entrapment, the release said.
