1 dead, 1 critical after crash near Manchester, west of Ann Arbor
One person was killed in the two-vehicle crash Wednesday, Oct. 11 at Schneider and East Pleasant Lake roads, near Manchester Township, Michigan State Police Trooper Olivia Sivy said. The crash location is about 9 miles west of Ann Arbor.

Ronald Grifka, of Jackson County's Norvell Township, was pronounced dead at the scene following the two-vehicle crash about 6:30 a.m. at the Pleasant Lake Road and Schneider Road intersection, according to a release by Michigan State Police.
