71-year-old man killed in a crash due to possible medical emergency on Interstate 75 in Kawkawlin Township, Michigan

Police say the man was driving a Ford F-150 south on I-75 near Beaver Road in Kawkawlin Township around 2:30 P.M. when he lost control of the truck while attempting to pass another. His truck struck a Ford F-250, left the road and crashed into a tree. The driver was pronounce d dead at the scene.
