Police say Charles Raymond Kipker was traveling eastbound on E. Chicago Street near Elm Street when his truck struck the tree around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Charles Raymond Kipker died after the vehicle he was driving left the roadway and hit a tree in Coldwater. Kipker was unresponsive when officers arrived on scene. He was transported to Borgess Medical Center where he died.
