The crash occurred shortly before 7 a.m. at Hwy. 13 and County Road 11, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s traffic operations center.
One person in the car was slightly hurt but not seriously enough to require hospitalization, the State Patrol said.
Four children on the bus, which was heading to Metcalf Junior High School and operated by a contractor, were not hurt, said district spokeswoman Ruth Dunn.
The bus driver was transported from the scene by his employer, Durham Schools Transportation, for examination, Dunn added.
