Mary Patterson, 35, killed, and McKlane Sanders, 18, and Todd Madland, 46, injured in head-on car crash on Highway 61 in Hugo, Minnesota

A Center City woman has died after a head-on crash Sunday night in Hugo. The Minnesota State Patrol says shortly after 10 p.m. a car traveling north on Highway 61 and a pickup traveling south collided near the intersection of 159th Street North. The driver of the car, 35-year-old Mary Patterson, died. The driver of the pickup, 18-year-old McKlane Sanders of Lexington, and his passenger, 46-year-old Todd Madland of Lino Lakes, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
