Oak Grove Man Charged After Crash Injures Mom, 3 Children

An Oak Grove man is charged four felonies, accused of driving drunk and getting into a two-vehicle crash that injured a mother and three children. Rossmeil is charged with four counts of criminal vehicle operation under the influence of alcohol that caused substantial bodily harm. She had to be removed from her car, according to the complaint. A 10-year-old boy had a fractured hip, a 6-year-old boy had part of his intestine removed and suffered a fracture skull. A 3-year-old girl had a broken neck, according to the complaint.
