Derek Lucas, 20, dead and David Lucas, 58, seriously injured in head-on crash on Highway 14 near Rochester, Minnesota

The state patrol says a 2004 Toyota Tundra was heading east on Highway 14 and a 2005 Chevrolet Impala was heading west when the two vehicles collided head-on. The crash happened about 9:30 p.m. Three people were involved in the crash.

Charles, climbed out of his upside-down vehicle and came away with no more than minor injuries, fire officials said.
