Head-on collision kills Jackson County truck driver
They got a 911 call about an accident on Paige Bayou View Road just before 6:00 pm in Vancleave.
Travis Mallett of Vancleave was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on Paige Bayou View Road just before 6:00 pm in Vancleave. Mallett was driving a black Ford Ranger pickup truck that collided head-on with a Ford F150 driven by Jerrod Thomas. Thomas was taken to Gulfport Memorial Hospital in unknown condition.
