According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, the crash happened Thursday night around 8:30 p.m. on US-49 near Middle Road. It was there that a 2002 Yamaha motorcycle, driven by 45-year-old Jerome Wilson of Flora, Mississippi, ran off the road and hit a ditch.
