Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation finds at approximately 6:45 a.m. Thursday, an eastbound traveling tractor trailer, operated by 38-year-old Travis L. Hargadine, of Kansas City, lost control while on an ice-covered roadway. The semi traveled through the median and struck 47-year-old Rachel R. Stone head on in the westbound lane.
