The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash happened Sunday afternoon when a pickup truck crossed the centerline 2 miles west of the Bollinger County town of Patton on Missouri 72.
Driver charged with manslaughter in crash that killed 2
The highway patrol arrested Paul E. Patton, 49, of Patton on Sunday. The Bollinger County's prosecuting attorney's office issued an arrest warrant for Patton on Monday. Patton was charged with two class B felonies and, if convicted, he could face five years in prison on each charge.
