Brian Powell, 28, died, three others injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash on State Highway ZZ near West Plains, Missouri

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says that 28-year-old Brian Powell was a passenger in a vehicle that lost control, ran off the road, and then overturned in a field. Powell was pronounced dead at the scene.
