Travis W. Evans, 32, injured in accident after semi truck struck passenger side of car on U.S. Highway 36 in DeKalb County, Missouri

MISSOURI MAN HOSPITALIZED AFTER CRASH WITH A SEMI

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Ford Focus driven by Travis W. Evans, 32, Osburn, was southbound on Route K and failed to yield at U.S. 36.

An eastbound 2018 Freightliner semi driven by Abdykerim Oskombaev,  25, New York, NY, struck the Ford in the passenger side.

Car and big rig collide on Route K injuring Osborn man

Evans was driving southbound on Route K and a Freightliner tractor was going east on Highway 36. Evans allegedly failed to yield and a collision occurred with the oncoming truck. After the collision, the car went into the median and the truck went into a ditch.
