Two police officers were injured in a two-vehicle wreck in north St. Louis County on Monday.
Two police officers were injured in a two-vehicle wreck in north St. Louis County on Monday.
Authorities say a St. Louis County squad car and pick-up truck collided on Dunn near Bellefontaine around 12:10 p.m.
Multiple ambulances and fire trucks responded to the scene and one St. Louis County police officer was trapped and had to be extracted from the vehicle.
The two officers were taken to the hospital and one of them had a broken leg.
The eastbound lanes of Dunn were closed while crews cleaned up the scene.
It was not immediately known what caused the wreck.
