At 5 p.m., Hodge was driving a northbound 2001 Toyota RAV4 and allegedly ran a red light at the intersection and struck the front of an eastbound 2011 Ford Escape driven by Jeri L. Fadler, 61, of Festus. Then, the RAV4 overturned off the right side of the road, the report said.
