Paul E. Grigsby, 58, was injured in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 in St. Louis County, Missouri

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Paul E. Grigsby, 58, of Bowling Green, a 2017 Audi A3 driven by Brandon L. Pollard, 20, of Heighview, Ill., and a 2018 Toyota Camry driven by Maheshkumar C. Thakor, 54, of St. Louis, were heading east at 3:45 p.m. on Interstate 70 at Mo. 141 when traffic slowed due to congestion ahead.
