According to MHP Trooper Brandon Kelm, a northbound vehicle, occupied by four adults and four children, went off the road and rolled.
At least one person was thrown from the vehicle.
Several people were airlifted from the crash scene.

Montana Highway Patrol trooper Brandon Kelm tells The Billings Gazette that the SUV had been carrying four adults and four children when it crashed Tuesday afternoon.
Kelm says the driver overcorrected after the vehicle went off the road, causing the vehicle to roll into a deep ravine.
