4 dead after vehicle hits 2 motorcycles on Nebraska highway

 Authorities say four people died after another vehicle crossed the center line of a Western Nebraska highway and struck the motorcycles they were riding on.

Court records don’t list an attorney for Cisneros-Hernandez, who remained in the Keith County Jail on Friday. He’d told investigators that he’d had little rest the day of the crash while driving from his workplace in Sidney, Montana, home to Kansas.

A 22-year-old Kansas man has pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide charges for the crash deaths of four Iowa residents in western Nebraska.   

Trial delayed for Kansas man in crash deaths of 4 on motorcycles

The records say the judge last week granted the delay because the attorneys have not completed the pretrial discovery process. The new starting date is Aug. 6.

Nebraska trial delayed over crash deaths of 4 from Iowa

A judge recently agreed to delay the trial for 24-year-old Jeser Cisneros-Hernandez, of Liberal, Kansas. He’s pleaded not guilty to four counts of vehicular homicide, one of reckless driving and one of failing to drive in his lane.
