Semi hits self-propelled fishing boat on Highway 33 in Lincoln, Nebraska; no one injured

Lancaster County Sheriff's Department deputies say the Coleman Sun Dolphin plastic boat, under nine-feet in length, was knocked off Highway 33 at Southwest 100th Street around 9 p.m. The boat had an auto battery inside, believed to be used to power an electric motor to propel the two-seat craft. The battery remained inside the vessel after it was hit by the eastbound truck.
There was little damage to the semi or boat. Police removed the boat from he scene and are holding it if the owner wants to reclaim it.
