They say Jeffrey Goettemoeller, 44, of Waverly was driving a 1997 Honda Odyssey southbound on N. 148th Street with his wife and two children when it struck a 2012 Honda Civic driven by Steven Kriesen, who was headed northbound on N. 148th.
