Police say a 21-year-old Omaha man has died after a collision between his pickup and a sedan.

"He got out of the car and he went to help the guy," said Luis Zamora, the father of a teen involved in the accident. "He saw the other guy that was hurt pretty bad. He tried to save his life, he and a neighbor, and they stayed with him until the fire department came. Oh my gosh, I feel bad, but I'm so proud of my son. He's a hero. He's always been my hero."

That's when a car driven by Jose Rodriguez, 17, collided with him. Henson's pickup rolled over once before coming to rest in a driveway.
Zachary Henson was driving at around 7:30 p.m. when he drove around a vehicle that had stopped at an intersection. He was then struck by a sedan that had the right of way, and he died shortly after arriving at a local hospital. Few details are currently available, check back for updates.
