Authorities say a 10-year-old child died in a crash off a state highway in northeast Nebraska.
Carroll Webster has died in a crash on state highway Nebraska 94 in northeast Nebraska near Macy. Terri Webster was driving east when the vehicle ran off the shoulder when she overcorrected, causing the vehicle to go into a ditch, hit a grate and flip over.
