A White Buick and a grey Ford Ranger were both driving northbound when, for unknown reasons, the Buick went the wrong way and collided with the Ford, trooper Travis Smaka said.

The passenger of the Buick, identified as 64-year-old Steve Mondy, died on the scene, NHP said. The driver, identified as 63-year-old Christopher Levo, died at Sunrise Hospital. Both occupants of the Buick were from Milford, Ohio.
