The Clark County coroner’s office has identified the second person killed in Thursday afternoon’s accident in Henderson.
Henry Eric Williams, 45, of Henderson, died of multiple blunt force injuries after being trapped inside of a minivan during a three-vehicle collision on the northbound U.S. Highway 95 off ramp at Auto Show Drive.
A semitrailer and a Jeep Laredo were the other two vehicles involved in the crash. Both vehicle occupants were taken to St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena campus, with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Williams and Ryan Toru Muramoto, 34, were the two passengers trapped inside of the minivan. Nevada Highway Patrol trooper Loy Hixson said it took hours to gain access to the van because the semi was on top of it.
