The driver of a 2003 silver Mercedes CLK took off after the crash, according to police. Police said the Mercedes had been located and that it was stolen. They are still looking for the driver.

Henderson resident Eric Scott Leppard, 24, turned himself in to authorities Saturday afternoon, in connection with the crash according to police.
