Man fatally struck while walking on US 95 identified
Trooper Loy Hixson, of Nevada Highway Patrol, said trooper responded to reports of a pedestrian on the highway near Durango Drive shortly before midnight.
A pedestrian was hit and killed by a semi truck on June 4, 2015, on U.S. 95 near Durango Drive. The person was identified as Ronald Lee Stamps, 27, of Las Vegas. Troopers arrived to find a man had been hit by a semi-tractor trailer. The truck driver sustained no injuries.
