20-year-old man dies in central Las Vegas crash
Just after 3 a.m. Saturday a GMC SUV traveling east on Owens Avenue ran a red light at the H street intersection. The SUV hit a pickup truck that was turning left onto Owens in the intersection, then ran off the road, overturned and hit a light pole, the Metropolitan Police Department said in a release.
PD: Speed, alcohol appear factors in fatal crash
Police said two cars entered the intersection at the same time, one reportedly against a red light, and the vehicles collided.
The impact of the collision overturned one of the vehicles and a male occupant was found deceased in the car according to Metro.

Eduardo Morales-Urrutia, the SUV’s 20-year-old driver, was pronounced dead at the scene. Tthe vehicle’s passenger, also 20, suffered moderate injuries.
