Woman arrested in Pahrump after fatal crash
According to the Nye County Sheriff's Office, two vehicles were involved in a crash in the area of Dandelion and Honeysuckle Street. The crash happened at 4 a.m. Sept. 24.
Authorities say that Ashely Winn failed to stop at a stop sign and hit another vehicle.
The driver of that vehicle was airlifted to UMC Trauma in Las Vegas and the passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Winn was also transported to Desert View Hospital

Ashley Winn, 22, has been charged with DUI involving death, DUI resulting in serious bodily injury and failure to stop at a stop sign and faced bail of $200,240.

On Sept. 26 at 7:30 a.m., Jasperson rescinded the own recognizance order, and remanded Winn back to the custody of the Nye County Sheriff's Office on her original bail amount. Winn turned herself in at 9 a.m. She will face a future court date.
