Mat Lefebvre, 36, injured in hit-and-run collision on North Main Street in Rochester, New Hampshire
Police said the vehicle likely has front-end damage. Investigators are asking residents and businesses in the area with surveillance cameras to check the footage around that time.
Police say Howard was driving the vehicle that struck Mat Lefebvre, 36, of Rochester, while he was jogging near North Main Street and McDuffee Street just before 6 a.m. on Oct. 11. Police said it was dark at the time of the incident, but Lefebvre was wearing a headlamp and front and rear strobes.
