Richard Earl III, 40, of Vineland, was driving a van northbound on North Main Road near East Landis Avenue shortly after 7:15 p.m. when a 51-year-old Vineland man walking across the roadway entered Earl’s lane of travel and was struck by the vehicle, according to Vineland Police.
