Two men were struck by a car Sunday night - one fatally - in Fair Lawn, police say. It happened near Maple Avenue and Cedar Street around 7:30 p.m. Police say Wyckoff residents John Ritter, 61, and Matthew Ritter, 30, were crossing Maple Avenue when a car hit them.
