Joseph Logrande, 67, of Tampa, was walking along the westbound shoulder of Mullica Hill Road at the Route 55 overpass in Harrison Township shortly after midnight when he was hit by a box truck driven by a 20-year-old Dover, Delaware, man who was driving west, according to township police.
