Wetumpka man killed after being struck by car while changing tire on I-65

ALEA officials say that 62-year-old Douglas Leo Cootes was changing a tire on I-65 near the 214 mile marker, which is two miles north of the AL 145/Clanton exit, when he was struck by a 2014 Dodge Charger.
