Motorcyclist seriously injured in accident in Paramus

A three-car accident near the intersection of West Midland Avenue and Green Valley Road sent a motorcycle operator to the hospital with serious head and neck injuries on Thursday , authorities said.

Clifton motorcyclist in serious condition after Paramus crash, police say

A Clifton man remained hospitalized Friday with serious injuries after he was thrown from his motorcycle and across the hood of a car in a crash at a borough intersection, authorities said.

John Pavloski, 82, was driving his Ford Fusion when he allegedly struck Daniel Shea, who was attempting to make a left turn onto Green Valley Road. Shea was thrown across the hood of Pavloski's car in the impact and landed on the pavement several feet away. Police say another car was also struck by Pavloski's car. Shea was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center in stable condition for streatment of serious head and neck injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
