Dewey Jr., of Egg Harbor City, was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene near milepost 46.1, Hamilton police said. Two 18-year-old passengers were flown to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City with serious injuries while a 17-year-old was taken by ambulance.
