Emergency responders were called around 3 p.m. to Dean Creek Road at Hollenbeck Road for a serious injury crash that involved three children and one adult. Officials reported the vehicle went over an embankment.

According to police, Reynolds was taken to Lourdes Hospital for an autopsy. The Tioga County Coroner also responded to the accident and determined she died from head trauma.
