Five people hospitalized after head-on collision on Route 11 in Kirkwood, New York

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, a pickup tuck was trying to turn into a driveway when it cut in front of a car. The car attempred to move out of the way of the truck when it struck another car head-on. Both cars suffered significant damage and five people were sent to the hospital, although deputies believe that their injuries were only minor. The road where the accident took place was closed for nearly an hour.
