Investigators say a pickup truck was traveling south on Dow Road and did not stop at the stop sign. At the same time, a tractor trailer was traveling north on County Route 36 and struck the pickup.
Two men killed in crash in Allegany County
The Kenworth smashed into the pickup, fatally injuring the driver, Michael D. Frazier, 71, of Fillmore in Allegany County, and his passenger, Leonard R. Frazier, 76, of Bliss in Wyoming County.
