Deputies were called to the intersection of Ivory Street and Falconer in Frewsburg around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday for a property damage accident involving two vehicles. But by the time authorities arrived, one of the drivers had fled.

Schulz allegedly had a BAC of .24 percent, which is three times the legal limit. And because of a 2007 conviction for DWI, she is being charged with a felony.
