New York State Police say at around 4:10 p.m. Wednesday the driver of one car failed to negotiate a turn while driving westbound on the Lake Ontario State Parkway in Greece, driving off the north shoulder, crossing the median and striking the rear of another car traveling westbound on the on-ramp from I-390 to the Parkway.
