Fatal Hit and run on Hudson Avenue

According to the Rochester Police Department a 26-year-old city man was struck by a vehicles Saturday, night just after 11:30pm. Police say it happened near 1052 Hudson Avenue. 

Police ID city man killed in Hudson Ave. hit-and-run

Jonathan Rivera, 26, was hit at 1052 Hudson Ave. about 11:30 p.m. Saturday while crossing the road, according to police. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he died from his injuries.

Woman charged in fatal hit-and-run crash

Tycresha Robinson of Rochester was charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death following the Saturday night crash on Hudson Avenue, near Pulaski Street.
The victim was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, where died of his injuries. The vehicle left in an unknown direction. Police have not yet released any information on the victim's name or the suspect and vehicle involved. Check back for updates.
