Dominick was taken to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore where she was listed in critical condition. The driver of the Jeep, 34-year-old Timothy Kaye, was uninjured. The motorcycle and SUV were impounded for safety checks as police investigate the crash. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 631-854-8352.
