Cameron Mark McNeil, 57, died in a head-on car-vs.-box truck collision near Conley Shumaker Road and Champion Mount Pleasant Road​ in Wilkes County, North Carolina

Highway Patrol reported that a driver in a 2003 Toyota Camry was going north on Champion Mount Pleasant Road when they hit a southbound 2006 Freightliner M2 box truck head-on. The driver of the Camry, Cameron Mark McNeil, 57, of Ferguson, died at the scene.
